LOCK BOX
A lock box can be placed outside your front door by a fire department officer and is designed to provide emergency personnel access in the event a resident cannot get to the door to let in the responder or in case of a fire if no one is home. The cost is $35. Application forms are available on the table in the Information Center, or from the Avon Senior Center. You can download an application here. In addition to the lock box it is also suggested to have an up-to-date File of Life or medical information packet in your home for use by emergency personnel.
FILE OF LIFE
It is recommended that you have a magnetic medical information packet, sometimes referred to as File of Life, for each member of the household. They are available at the Information Center. Fill out the information card place the packet(s) on the side of your refrigerator. This is a wonderful way to ensure the correct medical information is available to those providing aid.

The Avenbury Lakes Board of Directors has reached out and obtained a corporate relationship with WYNDHAM HOTELS, effective June 11, 2022.
