7/1 – PASSINGS
7/1/- BRIGHTVIEW UPDATE – Thursday, July 9 – Round 2 Lawn Fertilization with Merit® Grub Control. In addition to the lawn application, crews will also be completing a second round of thistle treatments in the prairie and pond areas and an aphid treatment on the Buckingham trees. Reminder for Homeowners – After the lawn fertilization and Merit® grub control application has been completed, your lawn must be watered thoroughly. Watering the lawn is especially important for the Merit® grub control product. It must be watered into the soil to work properly. If it is not watered in soon after application, the product will break down, significantly reducing its effectiveness in preventing grub damage later this fall.

LODGE FRONT DOOR – If your key card does not work on the first attempt, please try again, as some cards may require a second scan. If you continue to experience issues, please see the Lodge Administrator to have a new card issued.
DONATIONS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCE SERVICES – The Ladies of the Lake continue to collect non-perishables in boxes in the Lodge Library. According to their recent newsletter, the two popular items they can’t seem to keep stocked well enough are canned chili and the shells and cheese style mac and cheese (ie. Velveeta brand). The shells and cheese style mac and cheese is preferred by our clients because they don’t require any other ingredients to make. For more information click HERE.
