More than 48 percent of the 146 acres comprising Avenbury Lakes is dedicated to wetlands, lakes, walking trails and green areas. There are 352 ranch style homes that were built between 1996 – 2006.

AVENBURY NOTICES & UPDATES:  GREEN FONTS are links to additional information.

3/2 – DONATIONS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCE SERVICES – The Ladies of the Lake continue to collect non-perishables in boxes in the Lodge Library. According to their recent newsletter, the two popular items they can’t seem to keep stocked well enough are canned chili and the shells and cheese style mac and cheese (ie. Velveeta brand). The shells and cheese style mac and cheese is preferred by our clients because they don’t require any other ingredients to make. For more information click HERE.

2/16 – LODGE REPAIRS – Scenic Pine Finishing will need to return to complete the chimney and perform staining. However, they need the warm sunny weather for multiple days to stain properly. The fireplace must not be turned on until it has been checked.

1/22 – LODGE EXERCISE ROOM – The lower portion of the exercise room is now open to residents. Currently, we are at the mercy of the weather before vendors are able to continue efforts in remediating the cause of the condensation leak. Two attic fans will need to be installed on the roof before we can begin restoration inside of the Lodge’s indoor pool and exercise room.  Residents are restricted from entering the cordoned-off area of the pool and exercise room. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

RULES RELATED TO FAMILY MEMBERS & GUESTS – Avenbury Lakes Rules & Regulations state that if family members or guests want to use any of our facilities that the RESIDENT MUST BE PRESENT. Guests are defined to mean people who have come to your home for a visit and not random people who may approach you on a path, the street or at your home asking permission to do some activity on our Common Property. This includes, but is not limited to fishing in our ponds/wetlands, Indoor / Outdoor pool & spa, using the weight room in the lodge, bocce ball court / putting green area, tennis/pickleball court and equipment, walking or riding in the Wetlands, etc.
