​The Board of Directors may accept or reject a donation.  If accepted, it is not qualified as tax exempt by federal law.  Once accepted, the donation becomes the permanent property of the Association.  At the discretion of the Board of Directors, it may not be permanently retained and it may not be returned to the donor.
