Neighbor Helping Neighbor volunteers will provide assistance or, in some cases, only advice, to Avenbury Lakes residents. There is no charge, except for the cost of any parts used in a repair.  Requests may take up to 5 days to respond.

This is not an emergency service. In case of an emergency call a neighbor or a professional.

Before you request help, please review the list of repairs that NHN volunteers will and won’t do. These are guidelines only. Not all NHN members are able to make all the repairs listed. There will be times when no one is available to do a particular job. If the work requested is something we will not do, the resident may need to call a professional to do the work. To request help from NHN, please complete the online form, one request per form, and someone will get back to you within at least 5 days.
