Estate/Moving Sales Agreement – An estate or moving sale will be allowed in the case where the home is being sold and the account is in good standing and has the Board pre-approval.

Garden Plot Annual Agreement – If interested in having your own 10’X10′ Garden Plot see the Lodge Activity Coordinator for what plots are available. Plots are rented for $25/yr with a one time $25 security fee to cover clean up costs if your plot is abandoned and not cleaned up.

Incident Report Form – Is For Avenbury Lake Residents Only — Password Required – Used to report observance of any infraction of the Association Rules and Regulations that may result in a safety or property value concern.

Information/Document Request Form – This form is to be used to request any general information or copies from the Avenbury Lakes Information Center. There are two versions, one is printed off the website, filled out and then delivered to the Avenbury Lakes Information Center. The second is a form that can be filled out on-line and then by clicking the “submit” button it will be automatically sent to the Avenbury Information Center.

Lodge Reservation Agreement – Reservations for private and block parties utilizing the All Purpose Room can be made with the Lodge Administrator. A completed Avenbury Lakes Lodge Reservation and a deposit are required to hold your date. The outdoor pool can be reserved after regular pool hours, this would require rental and lifeguard fees. Lodge reservations must be submitted on the Lodge Reservation Agreement form and paid in full, no later than two weeks prior to the desired date. Special exceptions can be made for Funeral/Memorial Lunches based on availability.

Modification/Maintenance (Architectural – Landscape – Maintenance) – Request Form. The following forms are to be used when requesting an Architectural, Landscape or Maintenance modification. Neighbor Helping Neighbor (NHN)– This service is provided at no cost except for any parts or materials needed. Volunteers are available to assist residents needing help with routine tasks or odd jobs around the house such as replacing light bulbs, changing smoke alarm or garage door opener batteries, removing or putting up screens, etc. If your task requires the skill of a professional, the volunteers will let you know.
